➤ Our insurance company requires that all renters show a valid OHIO driver's license. Out-of-state renters will be subject to a larger deposit.
➤ All renters will be charged a refundable security deposit that covers a daily rental or a cash amount equal to the total replacement cost of the equipment.

➤ We charge for time out, not time used. We do have metered items. A one day rental is 8 hours on the meter and the weekend rate is 12 hours on the meter UNLESS this is big equipment which is given a day rate for the weekend (8 hours on the meter)

➤ Rates do NOT include sales tax or 12% damage waiver.

➤ Customer is responsible for all negligent damage, losses, accidents, and/or theft.

➤ Loading and unloading is a courtesy, we are not responsible for damage.

➤ Weekly and 4 week rentals must be paid for up front, otherwise it's day by day.

➤ All prices are subject to change without notice. The price list will change over time; always call first for current pricing. We are not responsible for errors or changes.

➤ All equipment comes with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full, or a fuel service charge will apply.

➤ A 4 hour and daily rates apply to open business hours only.

➤ Delivery and pickup available at reasonable rates, please ask.
